Ever.green’s mission is to accelerate the energy transition by making impactful renewable energy procurement more accessible. We work with sustainability leaders at organizations of every size, from Fortune 500 brands to fast-growing mid-market companies, to help them credibly accelerate the energy transition through the purchase of High-Impact Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). Our customers include Wells Fargo, Netflix, Starbucks, REI, and others who have chosen Ever.green because our methodology, offering, and track record stand apart in a crowded market.
We're a small, tight-knit team that cares deeply about climate impact and about doing right by our customers and the developers we work with. Everyone here has real influence over how we build the company.
We're looking for a relationship-driven, consultative salesperson to own and grow our pipeline of new and expansion deals. In addition, you'll help build relationships with developers and vet renewable energy projects on the supply side, and you'll work closely with marketing, product, and operations to shape how we position and deliver our offering. If you like solving problems, building solutions rather than reciting a script, and want your work to have a direct line to real climate outcomes, this role is built for you.
Manage and grow a pipeline of new business and expansion opportunities across companies of all sizes, from first conversation through negotiation and closing.
Run a sales process built on customer education, thoughtful discovery, and matching each prospect's needs to the right High-Impact REC opportunity, acting as a trusted advisor, not a transactional seller.
Evangelize Ever.green's mission and offering by clearly articulating why High-Impact RECs matter and why Ever.green is the partner to work with, backed by our track record of project success.
Contribute to managing our supply-side pipeline, including helping identify and vet renewable energy project opportunities alongside others on the team.
Manage relationships with channel partners to support both deal flow and delivery.
Partner cross-functionally with legal, marketing, product, and operations. You’ll be bringing customer and market insight back into the product development process, and problem-solving alongside internal teams when a customer's needs don't fit a standard playbook.
A track record of relationship-driven, consultative sales, ideally involving some combination of long sales cycles, technical or values-based buyers, and deal structuring.
Strong discovery and listening skills, with the ability to translate a customer's goals and constraints into the right solution.
Genuine motivation to work on climate and energy transition problems.
Subject-matter expertise in renewable energy or RECs is a plus, but not required. Curiosity and the ability to learn quickly matters more.
Comfort with ambiguity and a builder's mindset. You're joining a small team defining a new category, which means the business is evolving quickly in response to changing markets and customers needs.
